With a staff of 80 people, it reaches an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons and produces special and standard production by cold forming method. At the beginning of its production, there are fittings such as bolts, screws, special parts, rivets, pins, bushings and studs. 60% of its total production was delivered as custom made. The product is guaranteed under the control of optical control devices with cameras. It is licensed with the patented Taptipe, which has been used in the automotive industry since 2016. It serves not only automotive but also many sectors such as white goods, machinery and electricity in Turkey and abroad. Working with the principle of Total Quality Management, Omega Civata has been accepted abroad and has provided foreign currency inflow in our country with its exports. Our company, which has security certificates, continues to export to European countries.
